Medicinal Ingredients: Lemon balm extract 10:1 (Melissa officinalis) (herb top) 350 mg (DHE 3500 mg), GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) 100 mg, Holy basil extract 10:1 (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (leaf) 100 mg (DHE 1000 mg), L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed) (74.25 mg 5-HTP) 75 mg, Oat extract 10:1 (Avena sativa) (seed) 75 mg (DHE 750 mg).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium citrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use: Adults: Take 1 capsule, three times daily. Take with food.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Contraindications: Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressant, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
