Medicinal Ingredients: Lemon balm extract 10:1 (Melissa officinalis) (herb top) 350 mg (DHE 3500 mg), GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) 100 mg, Holy basil extract 10:1 (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (leaf) 100 mg (DHE 1000 mg), L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed) (74.25 mg 5-HTP) 75 mg, Oat extract 10:1 (Avena sativa) (seed) 75 mg (DHE 750 mg).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium citrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use: Adults: Take 1 capsule, three times daily. Take with food.

Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners or digoxin. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, an auto-immune disorder, an iron deficiency, a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
