Medicinal Ingredients: Dong quai extract 4:1 (Angelica sinensis ) (root) 197 mg (DHE 788 mg), Red clover (Trifolium pratense ) (flower) (38.89 mg AIE* total isoflavones) 100 mg, Black cohosh extract 4:1 (Actaea racemosa) (root) (2.5% triterpene glycosides) 85 mg (DHE 340 mg), Chasteberry extract 10:1 (Vitex agnus-castus ) (fruit) 84 mg (DHE 840 mg), Maca extract 20:1 (Lepidium meyenii ) (root) 74 mg (DHE 1480 mg).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use: Women (menopausal/post-menopausal): Take 1 capsule, twice daily with water. Take away from food.
Duration of Use: Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

If menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a personal history of hormonal or gynecological disease including ovarian cancer, endometriosis and/or uterine broids. Before use, ensure that you are up-to-date on appointed clinical tests such as mammograms and endometrial ultrasounds/biopsies.
Contraindications: If you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), do not use this product. If you have diarrhea, hemorrhagic diseases, or hypermenorrhoea/profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods, do not use this product. Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer such as abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with a breast cancer. Discontinue use if you experience joint pain.
Known Adverse Reactions: If you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience abnormal uterine bleeding including spotting and/or recurrence of menstruation in postmenopausal women.
