Medicinal Ingredients: Lemon balm extract 10:1 (Melissa officinalis) (herb top) 350 mg (DHE 3500 mg), GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) 100 mg, Holy basil extract 10:1 (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (leaf) 100 mg (DHE 1000 mg), L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed) (74.25 mg 5-HTP) 75 mg, Oat extract 10:1 (Avena sativa) (seed) 75 mg (DHE 750 mg).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium citrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use: Adults: Take 1 capsule, three times daily. Take with food.

Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner.
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
