Medicinal Ingredients: Reishi extract 16:1 (Ganoderma lucidum) (fruiting body) (33% polysaccharides) 47.3 mg (DHE 756.8 mg), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (root) 270 mg, Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) (root) 180 mg, Chicory (Cichorium intybus) (root) 94.5 mg, Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (leaf) 90 mg, Nettle (Urtica dioica) (herb top) 90 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cassia cinnamon, theobroma cacao shell, ginger root extract, chocolate flavour, caramel flavour, cinnamon flavour, carob powder, clove dry.

Suggested Use: Drink 1 cup of tea, four times a day. Take with food/meal to avoid digestive upset. Use 1 tea bag (1.5 g) per cup (250 ml). Pour boiling water over the tea bag. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Duration of Use: For use beyond 3 months, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have an autoimmune disorder, a heart condition, diabetes, or if you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication or prescription medications.
