Medicinal Ingredients: Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) (fruit) 500 mg, Small-flower willow herb (Epilobium parviflorum) (aerial part) 500 mg, Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) (leaf) 408 mg, Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica ) (root) 355 mg, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (root) 345 mg, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla ) (flowers) 325 mg, English plantain (Plantago lanceolata ) (leaf) 235 mg, Damiana (Turnera diffusa) (leaf) 223 mg, Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum) (bark) 223 mg, Cranberry extract 37:1 (Vaccinium macrocarpon ) (fruit) 135.14 mg (FFE 5,000 mg), European peony/Common peony (Paeonia officinalis ) (root) 40 mg. (Amounts based on a 2 teaspoon/4 gram serving).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rose hips, lavender flavour, lemon flavour.

Suggested Use: Adult males: Drink 1 cup of tea, twice daily. Steep for 12-15 minutes. One cup is equivalent to 4 g of the herbal tea. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbances. Sweetener can be added. Preparation instructions inside box.

Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medicinal attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a history of kidney stones, if you have any type of acute infection, have a history of mental/neurological conditions, hormone sensitive conditions, if you are taking blood thinners or other medication. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have high blood pressure or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
