Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: Bell Lifestyle is dedicated to offering products that work. If you are not completely satisfied, mail us your store receipt, the UPC code (from the bottom panel of the box), the reason for the return, and we will refund your purchase price for one box/bottle.

Refund requests will only be granted up to one year after purchase date. We regret, refund requests without original proof of purchase cannot be processed. Limit of one return per household. Applicable to Canadian residents only. Product must be purchased and delivered within Canada. Please mail refund requests to 3155 Pepper Mill Court, Unit 4, Mississauga, ON L5L 4X7.

Return Tips:

1. Bell Lifestyle Products Inc. is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any mail during transit.

2. Please allow 30-60 days for your refund to be processed once we have received the request via mail.

3. All refunds will be made by cheque.
